Branding Stickers
The Project
This project was about creating those branding stickers people put on their laptops or their cars to show other people who they are and what groups they are a part of or who they endorse. We had to chose a local brand and a national/international brand to create stickers for and so I chose myself and Adobe as my two companies. The goal is to create 4 branding stickers per company, and one should be designed to go on a car.
Planning it out
First I started out with 5-6 concept sketches so I could figure out what each kind of feel is for the brands. Adobe’s was themed off a gif that plays on their website with a bunch of funky iterations of one of their logos. For my branding stickers I wanted to capture a few of the funky patterns I doodle on the corners of paper, and have a playful feel to it. Some stickers capture the different styles I have used in some previous works of art I created in school and elsewhere.
Thumbnails to the Final Design
After the concepts were drawn down I printed off a few 2 inch circles to get a little more grasp on sizing before drawing the final sketches before moving onto the computer and creating the final designs.
